MEET THE CAKE ARTISTS...

Sisters Sonia and Sandra were always close growing up. But if someone had told them they would be running a business together one day, they surely wouldn’t have believed it.

Their mutual love of baking began when they were young. This love evolved into a family tradition where every Sunday lunch ended with a delicious treat prepared by Sonia and Sandra. They made cookies, baked cakes, and every now and again, even attempted to make ice cream. With time, the two began baking novelty cakes for family and friends, adding an even more creative element to their baking.

Today, their passion for baking continues: Sonia and Sandra are both pastry chefs and honor graduates of The French Culinary Institute in New York City. They are dedicated to making sure every client is completely satisfied and happy with their edible works of art. Older sister, Sofia, has now joined the team. After some years on Wall Street and time as a small retail business owner, she brings her business degrees and background to The Cake Boutique by managing the growing company’s sales and marketing endeavors.
